Tingsha Bells are also called Tibetan chimes, Tibetan Cymbals, or Kartals. It is made up by joining two small cymbals with the help of a leather strap or chain.

Tingsha are two small metal cymbals stuck together to produce a clear and high-pitched tone. Different size tingsha produces different frequencies - large size tingsha emits a low-toned sound that vibrates for a long period whereas smaller size tingsha provides a high-pitched, pure sound.

It can produce a unique long ringing tone and attract non-human entities which has benefited from specific forms of compassion practice. Antique tingsha bells are made up of special bronze alloys which produce harmonic overtones. It is used along with singing bowls and other instruments in meditation, music, and sound healing. The sound of the meditation bell ( cymbals) promotes a sense of peace and calmness. We can find tingsha bells in various designs, tones, frequency, symbols, etc.

We offer domestic shipping within the continental United States only.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders $150 and above, including rugs. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. We ship rugs via UPS ground shipping. If you wish to have your rug delivered faster, please email us at hello@passporthabits.com.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time the payment and shipping information is received.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

After the package is delivered to your doorstep, Passport Habits is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward.

On rug shipments, we add a complimentary signature requirement to the deliveries so that the packages are not left unattended at the door. If you are not able to sign for your package after several delivery attempts, UPS will hold your rug at the nearest UPS store. If you prefer to have your package shipped without a signature confirmation, please email us at hello@passporthabits.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we will forego it.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. Currently we ship only to the continental United States.
