If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving to hello@passporthabits.com. We will either send you a new piece or refund your money.

We offer domestic shipping within the continental United States only.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders $150 and above, including rugs. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. We ship rugs via UPS ground shipping. If you wish to have your rug delivered faster, please email us at hello@passporthabits.com.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time the payment and shipping information is received.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

After the package is delivered to your doorstep, Passport Habits is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward.

On rug shipments, we add a complimentary signature requirement to the deliveries so that the packages are not left unattended at the door. If you are not able to sign for your package after several delivery attempts, UPS will hold your rug at the nearest UPS store. If you prefer to have your package shipped without a signature confirmation, please email us at hello@passporthabits.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we will forego it.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. Currently we ship only to the continental United States.

Our Ankle Strap Pons Avarcas in Saffron are a bright sunny yellow inspired from the Spanish island Menorca, where each pair is carefully handmade by local artisans. You won't be able to look at your feet and not smile with this radiant color shining back at you.

Offering an ankle strap that provides security on your daily adventures, these Spanish sandals are handmade in Menorca from the finest all-natural full grain leather for the upper and insole and have a durable yet comfortable rubber sole. With a lightweight rubber sole, these Spanish sandals are a fashion quintessential beyond the Mediterranean.

Pons sizing is consistent with the standard US size guide for length and width. We recommend comparing your foot measurement with our sizing chart to make the best choice.

The quickest way to loosen the leather across your toes is to use a leather conditioner or wear socks with the Pons and the warmth of your foot will loosen the leather. Like a good pair of leather boots, it takes a couple wears to get them fitted to your foot but once they are set, they're glorious!

For the ankle strap version, if you are a half-size wearing customer we recommend sizing up as the ankle strap will secure your foot in the shoe.
